Compared with the drawback of "a single test line occupying a large horizontal area" in the traditional linear design, each test spot of Coninno's matrix detection technology has a drastically reduced footprint. The reaction zone of the NC membrane with the same area can accommodate more test sites, making us the first domestic enterprise to realize 20-item combined detection and significantly enhancing the product's multi-item testing capability.

Dot Array Arrangement for Improved Reaction Sufficiency:

Adopting an n-row × m-column matrix arrangement, allergens are set as dot-shaped test sites (different from the traditional linear design), which can reduce the blocking effect during sample chromatography. It fundamentally avoids the "superposition of chromatographic resistance" caused by the continuous distribution of traditional linear test lines, enabling immune complexes to bind specifically to allergens on the membrane more efficiently and greatly improving the sufficiency of antigen-antibody reactions.

Accurate Identification to Ensure Result Precision:

The test sites are designed in a staggered distribution, which effectively avoids signal overlap caused by excessively close spacing between sites. The fluorescent signal of each site can be independently identified and quantitatively calculated. This design fundamentally solves the industry pain point of "mutual interference in peak area calculation due to excessively close spacing of test lines" in the traditional linear design, and fully ensures the accuracy and reliability of test result interpretation.
